Physical Examination

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Activities office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.

Physicals are valid for 2 years from the date of the last exam.

The SDBRF is proud of the many offerings for our students to get involved in clubs, sports, and activities alongside their academic work.  We encourage students to get involved!  We do not charge for participation in sports, however, we are required to do ImPACT testing and additional health-related services for the safe being of all of our athletes.  Athletes/families are required to pay a one time payment of $25 per participant. Ice hockey for both boys and girls requires an additional ice fee per player of $125 in addition to the $25 activity fee.

*If your family qualifies for free/reduced-priced meals you can request a fee waiver form from the office.
